Cannot recommend this service enough. Really helpful on the phone or if you pop into the shop. We had 2 locked shut windows and Jay came out looked at them fixed them very quickly and explained what had gone wrong. He also looked at our front door and another window which wasnt opening fully, fixed them both then and there. Very friendly, helpful and professional service. Will use again

Brilliant service, called as I had a lock damaged in an attempted break in and couldn't undo the lock to get in. Jay arrived within 10 minutes assesed the situation and gave us options to get access. This was completed quickly and a new lock fitted. I would reccomend Jay and We are Locksmiths, they were very friendly and professional.

Our key broke in our porch door at 11 o’clock at night, and having seen the recent news about locksmiths we were quite concerned. However, Jay was with us super quickly, and charged us exactly what he said on the phone which was a big relief! He even highlighted the reason the key had broken and changed the lock for us to stop it happening again. Can’t recommend him enough.
