A quick glance at existing reviews online for ACQ & Dougie immediately filled me me with confidence to contact them when I locked myself out of my house this morning before going to work. From my initial enquiry, later in the afternoon, to my being back inside my house, less than an hour had elapsed. Dougie presented an affable, approachable but professional demeanour that at once put me at ease with the additional assurance that he would set about the task without fuss. The sense of relief that came with my front door opening not long afterwards made paying the bill a pleasure. Beyond that, Dougie made sure that my key still worked and that the lock had not been damaged in the process. He further offered his services should any problems reveal themselves at a later date. Excellent and very prompt service by ACQ Locksmiths Ltd. Winchester. I could not lock a uPVC door and this very experienced Locksmith (Dougie) quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.
