Great engraving work done at a great price. As well as key cutting West End Keys do all sorts of engraving and I wanted an inscription put on the back of a pocket-watch handed down over the generations. David agreed the font, what wording could be fitted in the space available and less than a week later it was ready for collection, looking exactly as requested. 5 out of 5!

Great friendly service at good price. The man restored my faith in key cutters after the below experience. I had previously wasted three trips to Timpsons where they failed to correctly cut house keys despite 4 attempts. West End Keys cut my key correctly first time, and fixed the key Timpsons had poorly made. Better service, better skilled, and somewhat cheaper than Timpsons. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning! Thank you.

As a local estate agent we need keys cutting and tags etc all the time, these guys are always there with faultless service and a smile on their faces. Recently had an engraving of a plaque done, an important job due to the personal reasoning behind it and the team were prompt and professional in delivering.

Needed a replacement 'keyless start' unit for our Ford Focus, tried a few places (incl local Ford Dealer who were a waste of time) before contacting West End Keys. Spoke to David, who was really helpful, booked me in and took about ~40 mins to progamme a new unit and also cut me a few house keys! Excellent service all round, highly recommended.
