Unfortunately, I broke a key in my uPVC garage door lock, which disabled the locking mechanism and left part of the key jammed inside. I contacted IMA Locksmith (a company I hadn’t used before), and they were polite, friendly, and provided a clear and very reasonable quote over the phone. After I accepted the price, they arrived at my property very quickly. The job was completed within minutes, and I was charged exactly what I had been quoted — no surprises. The service was professional and efficient from start to finish. They also upgraded the lock to a more modern, secure system with stronger keys, which should help prevent this issue in the future. I would certainly use this company again and would highly recommend them.
