Yanko Yanev carried out work for Berkshire Expert Locksmiths.

In Reading, lock-outs and failed door locks are met with swift attendance and straightforward pricing, according to accounts left by customers. Yanko receives frequent personal praise, with reviewers describing his arrival soon after the call and his immediate attention to the door. The pace of the work and the finish achieved are recurring subjects: locks are opened, mended or exchanged with little fuss, and several accounts note that the door operated better afterwards than it had previously. Figures given before work begins, and a charge considered reasonable for the task completed, are mentioned regularly.

Communication is another element highlighted often, as Yanko sets out the available choices and leans towards repairing a lock instead of replacing an entire system, so any suggested additional work is presented without pressure. Politeness and a considerate manner feature alongside checks that the lock had been properly secured before leaving. Emergency lock-outs, door lock repairs and the fitting of replacement locks form the bulk of the described jobs, and a readiness to return if a problem emerged is also recorded. Repeat customers reach the same conclusion about the workmanship and the cost.
