Economy Locks builds its reputation in Reading on quick arrivals and straightforward pricing, according to the feedback left by customers. The theme that recurs most often is how promptly the team responds to lockouts and damaged locks, with callers describing arrivals within the half hour they were promised and jobs such as a jammed front door resolved in minutes rather than hours. Reviewers consistently remark that costs are explained item by item before work starts, covering a replacement lock, the emergency attendance and spare keys, and that the final figure feels fair rather than inflated.

Amar is singled out by name for a friendly and reassuring manner, for explaining each stage of the job and for keeping to agreed times. The work described ranges from emergency entry and lock swaps, including a change from an oval to a Euro cylinder, to door handle repairs, and reviewers appreciate that parts are carried so most jobs finish on the first visit. Where a component has to be ordered, the return trip is described as prompt and tidy, and the replacement hardware fitted is noted as sturdier than what it replaced.
