Needed a spare programmable car key. Tommy was prompt in answering enquiry texts and came the same day. He was very pleasant and polite and when the job was completed he demonstrated all the functions of both keys. Very happy with everything.

So I called "we've got the key" after Rac referred them, got messed around, quotes for wrong jobs etc. Called Wirral & Northwest auto locksmith and he was great. Told Tommy the issue and he turned up, when he said, sorted it within the hour and it was a reasonable price. Well manered, polite, explained what he had done / was doing before and after the job. Would definitely recommend for key / ignition issues etc Tommy was great and saved the day 👍

Great service. I called him up and asked for an estimate as he was busy on a job and he gave me an about price, He then gave me the correct price the next day and when the job was done it was cheaper than he priced. He replaced my key in about 20 minutes would definitely recommend.

I lost my car key after doing my shopping. My car was stuck in the car park. Tommy came out and cut a new key for me, I didn't have to be there, he came to my house for payment to save me walking to the store. Friendly and trustworthy I would recommend this Company
