Outstanding service. Arrived when promised and the engineer was lovely and very professional. He replaced my lock and repaired a second that wasn't working properly. Excellent value for money too. I've recommended to my friends and neighbours who have had a excellent service from them also. Highly recommend!

Have used their services several times with no problem, popped in twice today to find nobody working on the counter, waited around both times but nobody seemed to be about so I left. Another local firm got the work instead.

Would definitely recommend, I had a issue with a door that couldn’t get parts for, 1st time they came out they could only secure the door, back the following day to do a temporary fix, and then back the next day with a new part everything was explained to me the man (digsy) was respectful of my property and did a great job even though he was got soaked in the rain. Very reasonably priced too.
