CALL PAUL LOCKSMITHS

Call Paul Locksmiths is a locksmith business with over 25 years of experience. It is a member of the NCFE, trustatrader.com, and the National Guild of Certified Locksmiths. Its locksmiths are fully insured and DBS-checked. Its services and products come with comprehensive warranties.

The business serves Liverpool and the whole of the North West, for both residential and commercial clients. It started as a small, local business. Its services include emergency lockout assistance, lock repairs and replacements, uPVC door and window security solutions, anti-snap lock installations, and security upgrades for homes and businesses.

Reliability and speed recur throughout the accounts left for Paul, with callers describing him reaching them shortly after making contact, whether facing a snapped key in a front door or a back door that refused to close. A point that comes up often is the choice he offers before beginning, providing more than one quote so that repair or full replacement can be weighed up, and the job then being finished without mess.

Repeat custom is a frequent theme, as landlords, letting agents and households describe engaging him repeatedly for Yale lock changes on wooden doors, complete locking system swaps and adjustments that leave older doors working smoothly. Kindness of manner also features, described as polite, respectful and knowledgeable, alongside tidiness that leaves nothing behind. More than one customer describes a guarantee attached to completed work.

Communication from the first call through to payment by bank transfer, together with pricing called reasonable, appears time and again, and estate agency staff and tenants alike report being pleased with the outcome. Emergency call-outs to properties that could not be secured reinforce the impression of someone consistently available and straightforward to deal with. The recurring thread is a prompt, careful job at a sensible cost.
