Craig came to the rescue really quickly when I was having issues with my car key and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. What initially seemed like a simple issue turned out to be much more complicated with additional car battery problems (not his responsibility to deal with). But he went completely above and beyond to help by jumpstarting the car and waiting with me to make sure it was driving safely so I could get home. Craig is amazing. He's helped me out when I lost my daughters car key when she was away, and several months later, I called him again for another issue, he remembered us and sorted everything out. Today also, we called on him again and he really came to our rescue, waited and helped to put petrol from the jerry can into the car, changed a lock, more keys cut, nothing was too much trouble, all work done professionally, in a timely, happy and personable manner. Absolute lifesaver of a man, after a heavy night on the bevvies I woke up realising my car key had gone walkies the night before. Craig came within 30 mins of my call and had to pull out every bit of expertise and knowledge out on my car as it's just a been a nightmare from day 1.
