Gursh was professional, super efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He changed the lock on my door within the hour of calling, which was brilliant. I’m very happy with the service and can fully recommend this business.
Hi, I hope you are well. I manage a flagship build to rent site in Coventry, we were locked out of our parcel room, we searched the internet and came across Secure Locksmith. He came out about straight away within 15 minutes, the service was quick, professional and clean. We were supplied with 5 sets of keys and the existing reviews are all accurate and 6* service. Thank you for being, professional and efficient.
Gursh was very professional. I needed a new gearbox fitted and he did it within 30 mins. He was very helpful and took the time to give me useful advice on how to take care of the doors. Very experienced and charges are competitive. Really great service.
Huge thanks to this company for their swift and efficient work. When my lock broke they came out immediately to ensure the house was secure overnight while they got the correct parts and the communication was great so I knew what was happening. Can fully recommend their services.
Polite, professional and completed the job without any hassle or fuss. No big surprises when the invoice arrived. Definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Gursh provided a friendly first class service. He explained in a relaxed and easy manner the work he was completing. He also provided good hints and tips for any future situations.A first class service all round.
