We live in Solihull and have been having a lot of trouble with locking/unlocking our front door and the door not shutting. I called VB Locksmith and he said he would be with us in 30 minutes, which he was. He immediately noticed the issue was the mechanism on the door, he fixed this thoroughly and all of this was completed from the phone call to the door being fixed in an hour. Excellent service. I would highly recommend!
Exceptional service! He arrived within 45 minutes and had the problem fixed in just 5 minutes. Friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I couldn’t have asked for better service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you!
Vlad was excellent, I had a French door that was stuck and wouldn't open, and two windows, one that wouldn't open or close (it was partially stuck open) and one that wouldn't open at all. He was able to open all three properly, replace the broken mechanisms, and also narrow down and mitigate the cause a mother few issues. He also adjusted my door for me, and all of this within the price he originally quoted me. Clad also kept me informed about his eta, and when he had to go and get a part to complete the job, he was back earlier than he said, and again, let me know he was on his way and his eta. Overall excellent service, I would highly recommend.
I called Vlad today for assistance, he came the SAME DAY and sorted the back door that was faulty. He was exceptional and the service is amazing!!!! I cannot recommend him enough, would 10000% use again!! Top guy and 5 stars service 👍
