Call-outs for lost or broken car keys are the recurring subject of feedback, and the pattern is one of rapid response. Natig, whose name appears in several accounts, travels to the vehicle instead of the owner having to arrange transport, and a common thread is arrival within roughly half an hour of the first call. The work described covers cutting and programming fresh keys at the roadside, removing a snapped blade, opening a locked car and, in one case, connecting a diagnostic machine to trace a fault beyond the immediate lockout.

Pricing draws consistent comment, with customers describing the figures as fair and frequently below what other firms quoted, and a fob supplied without later additions to the charge. The finished jobs are quick to report as working well, some within the hour, and a six-month guarantee is mentioned alongside them. Friendliness is noted too, the locksmith being portrayed as relaxed and genuinely helpful even when a Vauxhall proved awkward. Replacement sets have been made for Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan and Vauxhall models.
