I lost my car key in a senior school school car park, I was afraid to leave it there in case it had been picked up by a student and was driven away. RJ Parker answered the call and came to create a new key within half an hour. Amazing customer service, highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant, had to call these guys to come and get me In to my garage side door only entrance in as the lock part of the mortice had snapped off, Mark came out first thing in the morning and got it sorted for me absolute top man, definitely give these guys a call for any thing you need, price is very reasonable and advice is brilliant too, they know what they are doing and won’t get ripped off, Massive shout out to Mark for coming out and getting everything sorted out for me

Brilliant service, called one day and the next day they arrived at my house within the time they promised. I gave the problems of the door over the phone and i was told that it could most likely be the gearbox, mark came today and checked the gearbox and said it was fine and that the lock and mechanism needed greasing. Cost us a fraction of the price whereas he could have taken full advantage and charged the wife unnecessary cost as i was not at home. Thank you for your honesty and advice in how to maintain the mechanism. I would highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism. God bless
