What a fantastic experience! Thanks Dom for arriving within the hour as promised and diagnosing the problem with my new door in 30 seconds, fixing it took seconds too. You were brilliant! Thank you so much. I haven't been able to lock my new door since it was fitted 5 days ago, and was advised a service call would be another 2 weeks away, so you can imagine the absolute stress that caused. Faced with warranty infringement if it wasn't fixed by a locksmith, thank goodness for Dom at Kingdom Locksmiths. What a star!
My elderly mother's door wouldn't close or lock. They came out straight away and managed to fix it as the door is very old. The guy took the time to talk to her and explain everything so she understood what was happening. A nice guy who charged what he quoted. Very happy and so is my mother.
I have used Kingdom Locksmith for multiple of my properties. Lock changes, door alignment and mechanism repairs were all completed promptly, technicians were polite and able to explain where the problem occurred and advise the most suitable and cost effective solutions. Thank you
Fantastic service he arrived 10 mins after the call, and sorted the lock straight away. Super impressed with how professional & nice he was. Got some business cards to hand out to friends. Everyone should use this company.
Absolutely saved us today! Arrived within 25 mins and got us back in our house within 30 mins and even went the extra mile and hopped over the gate to get round the back of the house! Albie was lovely and very professional! Thank you so much ☺️
Highly recommended! Absolutely amazing experience with this company. Edwin helped me get in touch with Dom who was very professional. He managed to find the right items for the work. I am very impressed by his work.
Called out for our back door which we couldn’t lock. Arrived within 30mins. Parts required were on the van and the job was completed within an hour of call out :) Brilliant service, clean and tidy, and very friendly. Very reasonable price which was quoted before going ahead - complete with warranty. Highly recommended.
