Honestly, if I could leave more than 5* I would. Daughter and I purchase 2 new electric cars and wanted the dash cams (front and rear with battery back ups and app access) and ghost fitted to both cars. Rob Eyden sat down with us and explained everything and went through all the options. No hard sell or pushing to hike the price up. Booked in to be installed within a few days and they did a fantastic job. When cars were ready, they went through demos of both the ghost and the dash cams and how to use them and change passwords etc and made sure we were comfortable with using everything before we left. Couldn’t ask for more. Now going to get Eydens to upgrade our house security system too. Unbeatable on price and I know we wouldn’t have got the personal care experience going with the bigger companies. I can’t recommend Eydens enough. Thanks Rob & Team 👍

My Mini key lasted 18 months. Then it simply stopped locking my car. My husband took it back to eydens and been told that the key is broken because it was “forced”??? What does that even mean? I press the buttons to lock and unlock, that’s what you do when you try to get in and out of the car. And I’m gentle with both, my car and it’s key. Obviously the attitude is different when you come back with the product that stopped working in 18 months. I wish I could give 0 stars, charging stupid amounts for something that doesn’t last long.

I contacted Eden locksmiths because we had lost our only car key. Jei was so helpful with my initial enquiry and booked their engineer, Paddy to come out to us last minute on the same day. Thank you for sorting our new key and completing it efficiently.

Very helpful Replaced my lost key . Had to chase BMW to get the necessary information, Scott kept me informed and arranged to do it as soon as he had what he needed. Price was very fair.
