I bought a front‑door cylinder from Eydens over 15 years ago, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Recently, I decided it was time to upgrade to an anti‑snap lock, so I returned to Eydens a few weeks ago to replace all four locks on my downstairs doors (front, French doors at the back, and a side door), each of which was a different type. Ross carried out the initial assessment and returned the following day to complete the installation. He worked efficiently, resolved everything quickly, and left the area spotless — I barely noticed he had been, apart from the new locks being perfectly fitted. I was so impressed that I recommended Eydens to my mother‑in‑law. Once again, Ross was assigned to the job, and he delivered the same excellent standard of service. Great place for locks and everything home security. I needed two keys for my car. The car has a smart key and I didn't have a physical key for the door. They managed to cut 2 keys with no original to copy. The service was quick and good value for money and both keys worked perfectly 10/10
