For lost car key services, customers must provide a V5 form and photo ID. It offers a guarantee on its work.

Motorists needing a car key replaced or an immobiliser fault resolved in Leicester have left accounts that consistently highlight fast response and effective repair work. Jay is named repeatedly for his friendly approach, patience and the way he explains the available options before starting, while Alex is thanked for retrieving a key shut inside a vehicle during a pressing situation. Jobs including key programming, ignition barrel repairs and immobiliser resets are described as being completed on site, frequently within half an hour for the programming itself and often within an hour or two of the initial call.

Customers note that replacement keys operate just like the originals and that the price compares well with other quotations. Being kept informed while the work is under way is a recurring theme, as is the straightforward nature of booking and paying online, which several reviewers found convenient for arranging a same-day appointment. The courtesy shown on arrival also features regularly in the feedback, and the lasting impression is of competent assistance with vehicle entry, key duplication and associated security problems.
