Prompt attendance and dependable workmanship define the experiences described by customers of this Leicester locksmith, with Lee named repeatedly across accounts. Vehicle key work forms a recurring strand: a driver whose immobiliser had failed recounts how Lee attended the next day, explained the fault and resolved it immediately, while another customer had a new car key replaced and reprogrammed without difficulty. Domestic lock repairs appear just as often, from a garden door sorted within minutes to a high-security lock fitted shortly after the call. Reviewers consistently point to fair, transparent pricing agreed beforehand, arrivals that are punctual or early, and a professional yet approachable manner.

The care taken to avoid damage is mentioned frequently, with one household describing a back door opened cleanly, replacement parts fitted from the van, and the mechanism realigned at no extra charge once the underlying cause was found. Clear explanations of what had failed and how it was corrected come up often, as does the tidiness left behind. Customers typically say they would return for further lock-related work and pass the details on to friends and family, while attention to detail during installation and genuine expertise with vehicle security round out the picture.
