Prompt, dependable help with car lockouts and replacement keys is the theme running through the feedback. Matt is named time and again, with customers describing a friendly, professional and knowledgeable approach, and many remark that he turned up precisely when promised, whether the call came out of hours or at short notice. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the pace of the work, with vehicles opened in seconds and new keys cut and programmed well inside an hour, sometimes alongside a spare or an extra key for a family member.

The standard of the finished job comes up often, from coding a pair of keys and cutting another to getting a car running again after earlier attempts elsewhere had stalled, and the care taken afterwards, including remaining on site to confirm the engine started as it should. Clear communication before and during the visit, fair value and a courteous manner are noted in Leicester, and Matt is credited with reprogramming a key for a daughter who had lost hers.
