Fantastic service from this Company. Luke was friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. He repaired my locked balcony door and locking mechanism on my 1st Floor apartment which were no longer working and meant I couldn't open the doors. I also couldn't lock or open them properly in the recent hot weather. The parts needed were discontinued but Luke spent his time working on a solution and all was fixed within the same day for the same quoted price. The doors now work perfectly (even in the recent heatwave where I had problems before) Will definitely use again if needs arise. 5 stars
