I went into this shop as a genuine customer to have a key cut, but the experience was shocking. Before I could even properly explain what I needed, the man behind the counter became rude, told me to “get out” and said I was wasting his time. He then started shouting at me for no reason. I was polite throughout and simply wanted to pay for a service. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a business. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable, and I certainly won’t be returning or recommending this shop to anyone.

I was having problems with my lock and called for advice. From the moment I booked the emergency call-out, the service was excellent. After talking through the issue, they reassured me that I didn’t actually need an engineer to attend and patiently guided me through the steps to fix it myself over the phone. Their honesty, professionalism and willingness to help saved me an unnecessary call-out charge. I can’t thank them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Needed a button soldering onto my car key, since I done it myself and messed it up I phoned around and was getting quoted £100 - £200 for a spare key, took it to these guys and they fixed the key in a matter of 10 minutes for a very decent price and now my central locking works perfectly. Highly recommend this place for all your key needs.
