What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Rapid responses and a friendly manner form the backbone of the feedback for this Birmingham car key specialist. Customers writing about their orders describe arriving locked out of their vehicles, sometimes for a couple of days, and being back on the road quickly once Shaf or a colleague attended. Shaf is named repeatedly, with reviewers noting his skill at opening doors, cutting new blades and programming keys on the spot, including one VW Caddy whose ignition barrel had been changed but whose doors still needed a matching key.

Motor trade customers mention using the service for multiple keys and value the punctuality and willingness to meet their clients' needs. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the fairness of the pricing, described as reasonable and good value, alongside the honesty and old-fashioned customer-first approach.

Keys supplied after loss are a common theme, and reviewers repeatedly highlight the quality of the finished job, the tidiness of the work and the clear communication throughout. Programming completed in under a minute and a willingness to open up outside normal hours feature among the accounts. The recurring picture is of a dependable operation for car key cutting, duplication and programming, with Shaf's expertise and the team's friendliness cited as reasons customers return.

Had an issue with my VW Caddy today, battery died and the keys wouldn't work in the doors as someone has changed the barrel in the ignition but not the doors. Shaf came out and managed to open the door, cut a new blade key, and got me back on the road. Top service 👌

I've travelled about 30 mins to this garage to programme my remote key unfortunately the staff didn't know what he was doing. Wasted my journey and around 45, mins waiting for him to programme my vehicle.
