Great experience. Had previously called another locksmith to help my elderly mother. Other locksmith who quoted no call out fee but charged her £98 to diagnosis the issue under the guise of a "labour charge" and quoted almost £500 to fix the issue. I called J.F. Locksmiths who provided a significantly cheaper quote on the phone after looking at some pictures, and came within 2 hours to fix the solution. My elderly mother was happy with the work and I was relieved that a trusted locksmith was able to help. Will be using and recommending going forwards!

Needed second car key as had only one and it started to go breakdown. Emailed for prices and availability on Friday evening,agreed about service and price. This morning two gentleman turned up in exact time. Straight away started to work,explained what they are doing and why. Within roughly 40 minutes I had a new key fully working and programmed to my car. Fast and reliable with good communication trough all the process. Thank You for sorting out my keys. Very happy.
Called at7am, arrived at 9.45am, repair completed by 10.15, excellent cheerful service. Delighted panic over, front door lock working again and able to enjoy a busy rest of the day. Thank you Jim.
