Not being able to gain entry to my work place because of a broken lock, l called Leicester locksmiths and within half an hour someone came out and got me in without any damage. Really greatful for your expertise and very reasonable price! I hope I don’t need a locksmith again but if I did, I’d know who to call.

Called when we snapped our key off in our sliding door lock. Attended within 30 minutes and relplaced the lock as we had no spare keys for the existing lock. Excellent service and reasonably priced - highly recommended

Back door wasn’t locking and was jammed. Came out within twenty minutes, found the reason and fixed quickly. Very reasonable price. Thank you very much. Would recommend.

We had difficulty locking our composite front door, I phoned Leicestershire Locksmiths who advised it should be fixable. Within the hour Rob came and found that the locking mechanism had broken. He explained the options, and took the time and trouble to align the door which had never been done. We decided to replace the lock, Rob ordered the part and fitted it within 48 hours. This company, from speaking to the guy on the phone to speaking to Rob who repaired the door where absolutely brilliant! Rob went above and beyond, explaining how to care for window hinges and realigning the door for us. Thank you!

Excellent service. Called late in the afternoon after my front door wouldn't lock and within 2 hours Rob arrived and replaced everything so that my property was secure again. Fast service at a good price. I wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed.
