Prompt, knowledgeable help with vehicle keys and locks is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Bristol locksmith. Jason is singled out repeatedly, both for arriving at short notice and for talking customers through a problem calmly until it was resolved. Reviewers describe being locked out of cars when doors auto-locked or keys were lost, and report that the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. A detail many reviews return to is the difference in cost compared with main dealerships, with several describing the service as affordable and considerably cheaper.

Customers also value the clear communication before and after the job, the friendliness shown during stressful situations and the solid quality of the locks fitted. New keys and replacements for stolen or lost vehicle keys feature in the accounts, including one instance where a van was secured after a break-in. The guarantee on keys is mentioned as reassurance, and the general tone is of a reliable, approachable specialist who explains what is being done and leaves the vehicle secure. Jason's name appears again and again as the reason customers would return.
