Williams Locksmiths Bristol is frequently praised for the work of Dave, whose name appears across reviews covering UPVC door and window locks, patio and bifold doors, garage doors and full lock replacements. Customers repeatedly describe quick responses to calls and enquiries, with visits arranged promptly and jobs completed as promised. Several reviewers highlight his clear explanations of options and prices before work begins, and the fairness of the final cost. His expertise stands out in accounts of modifying a bifold door to take an after-market external handle and of diagnosing lock faults that owners had not noticed.

Tidiness and a perfect finish are mentioned, along with the convenience of returning to a single key after external doors were replaced. Communication is a recurring theme, from immediate phone answers to precise explanations of causes and remedies. Reviewers also note his friendly and professional manner, and the speed with which broken mechanisms, including a tricky broken key in a garage door, were resolved. Repeat custom over several years features in the feedback, as does the supply of spare keys after a lock change.
