Quick to respond and very helpful. Came to measure my door for a new lock, and when a standard lock wasn’t suitable, he was able to find an alternative lock and installed it later the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Sam was very knowledgeable and offered help and advice in advance over the phone. He came out and opened both locks in no time at all with no damage to the doors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and will certainly call him the next time I have a problem.
