Rang Danny to enquire about the problems I was having. He came straight away to diagnose my problem. Stripped out my dash in minutes to get to what I had been told what was prob wrong but corrected that advice and put me on the right path. All sorted. Cant thank Danny enough for his prompt service. He doesn't mess about. Certainly knows his stuff. Top marks

Excellent service that I can highly recommend. My keys were locked in the car and they came to the rescue within the hour. He ensured that I wasn’t paying over the odds as quoted by another company and moved his schedule to be able to come and help. Thanks again!

WHAT A GUY?! I was completely abandoned outside my house with the dog locked in the boot of the car with my keys!! Both myself and my autistic 3YO locked outside in the cold with no access to the house and the dog shivering away in the car. No spare keys anywhere to be found and phone on 3% battery. I called Robinson after a Facebook recommendation. He came straight away, fixed the issue no hassle and such a great price!!! I was expecting to remortgage but I really didn’t have to as it cost less than my weekly food shop. No dogs or kids harmed. Dog deffo has trust issues with the car boot though ;) HIGHLY recommend.

Great experience. Really good customer service and responsive to emails. Did a professional job, came at agreed time and spare key sorted within an hour at a comparable price to others quoted (who were less responsive and didn’t appear as professional). Would fully recommend and would use again if needed!
