Great service today from Andrew who changed two locks and advised us about how to sort a window lock problem out ( all at the same time as explaining stuff to his younger helper) Brilliant, thank you

Had an issue with an old key i had, as I only had the 1! Went into Harrolds and spoke with Rob. They ordered some blank keys as this was a special order, but because of the age of the lock the ones that arrived were not suitable. I was assured that this was not a problem. After a little wait, I was presented with 4 new keys, which had been meticulously engineered to not only fit the lock but the area around the lock which made my keys unique. Looking at the original and the new ones, I knew that they we a fantastic match and eagerly headed home to check the worked. What can I say.... Marvellous! I can't recommend this company enough, as the even found the original key I had unknowing dropped in there carpark. So thank you very much H.Harrold and Sons. Amazing service and a very happy customer. Dont take my word for it, find out for yourself. Give em a call!
We ordered 16 new mailboxes via Rob they arrived very promptly we had then fitted and we had a small problem with water ingress on a couple Rob arranged for the manufacturer to inspect them via Rob at Harold’s and Phil from the maker it was agreed they would supply 16 new superior and more expensive mailboxes free of charge !!!! They are now fitted and they are very smart tremendous service from both parties cannot praise them enough!!!
Brilliant service, I phoned up needing 4 different locks making to just one key. This was no trouble for them and they arrived in a few days.... absolutely fantastic, but I would recommend that they change their Google profile because it says they are open on Saturdays but their not to my discover ment once I drove there lol.
Needed help with e bikes battery locks, really helpful and professional, managed complicated work quickly and very nice people in making arrangements, much appreciated
Went to purchase a lock. The staff member was really helpful and the lock I chose was reasonably priced. I would definitely return.
