Steve came round within an hour of me calling. He was very helpful and knowledgable and got the lock changed and fixed really efficiently. Definitely reccommended!
Steve was very efficient, thorough and reasonable . He solved the problem with my conservatory door. The door was out of alignment so I couldn't close it. I highly recommend Steve for problems with uPVC doors and windows
Phoned up for a routine change of locks for a new house, so not necessarily a priority, but Steve made time to come over that afternoon to change all the locks, and gave me plenty of info about how to maintain them and where to get replacements if needed. Very friendly, very efficient, thank you!
Needed a lock fixing in an emergency and Steve came really quickly. Very efficient with lots of good advice. Did a good job and was very friendly. Reasonable cost as well for the quality and considering it was an emergency out of hours. Thanks Steve!
Steve was excellent! We did a great job and he cares about his customers. We recommend him.
If every tradesperson was as efficient and friendly as Steve the world would be a better place. He fixed my front door and also repaired the back door handle while he was here – all within a few hour of me calling. Super friendly, professional and clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable locksmith.
Steve has an excellent personality, very accommodating as we decided to have extra door handles changed he left to buy extra ones and did the job in a provisional manner , the price . for four door handles was reasonable. Thank you very much
