Had a non-emergency issue with a UPVC door lock. Called up Profile Locksmiths for assistance, they arrived within an hour. Assessed the door lock etc, told me that the door had dropped slightly, no need to replace anything. The whole thing was fixed and sorted within 15 minutes. Peter was extremely helpful, friendly and fair. I would absolutely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Profile Locksmiths in the evening and was really impressed from the start. He got back to me straight away, and his communication throughout was excellent—clear, honest, and he explained exactly what was possible. He arrived exactly on time and carried out the work to a really high standard. He was able to pick the lock and get me back into the garage without any issues, which was a huge relief. Really thankful for Profile Locksmiths for their quick response to my message about the faulty lock on my front door. I was having trouble both opening and locking it, which was quite stressful.
