DAM Locksmith

DAM Locksmith is a family-run locksmith business established in 2016. It serves Plymouth, Devon, and East Cornwall. Its team is fully trained and DBS-checked, and the business is fully insured. Its main services include emergency lockout assistance, lock repairs and replacements, uPVC door and window mechanism repairs, vehicle locksmith services, key cutting and rekeying, and security upgrades for homes and businesses.

DAM Locksmith draws consistent praise from customers in Plymouth for response times that repeatedly come in around twenty to thirty minutes from first contact. Damian, the locksmith named in feedback, is described as professional, calm and evidently experienced, particularly when a job turns out more difficult than expected, such as a car that resists an initial attempt to open or start it. The work reviewed spans cutting and programming replacement car keys on site, sorting UPVC door locks and mechanisms at short notice, and additional lock tasks fitted in while the locksmith is already present.

More than one customer describes explanations of why a lock failed and which replacement options were available as clear and easy to follow, while pricing for both parts and time is widely felt to be reasonable. Communication is another recurring theme, whether a quote is arranged through a social media message or by phone, and reviewers note that appointment times are met precisely. The care taken to test that everything works before leaving, alongside a courteous and respectful manner, comes up again and again, with emergency car key work the most frequently mentioned job.
