Mark responded promptly to my call and came to my property the same day. In our initial phone call he gave me a clear estimate of the likely cost of the work which need to be done. on arriving at my property I felt he gave a very honest assessment of the work actually required. I was very pleased with the outcome and the cost. I shall certainly need Mark of Plym locks again if the need arises.

Had a problem with rental house, upvc double doors from kitchen into conservatory, leading door wouldn’t open. Looked online for a fitter, saw Plymlocks and gave them a call. Chap called Mark answered, told him the problem and he said he’d be out later that afternoon. True to his word, attended property via the tenant, diagnosed the problem, gave me a price and I was very happy with all of this. Mark then said he would repair on the spot, must have a well stocked van! Hour later got a call, work all complete, but needs an alteration to door hinge. Very happy with the work inc the price, I thought it would be more than quoted. Very helpful and prompt service. Would definitely be using Marks service again. Thanks very much.

Rang mark up and told him my issue he was around within the hour, sorted everything out and another job I needed doing as well. Very helpful man he even came back next day to put up a new part I had to order after removing the broken one yesterday. Will recommend him to friends and family and will always use him again. This almost sounds too good to be true! I walked out of my house to get a key cut and happened to see Mark parked outside working at one of my neighbours' house. I asked on the off chance if he could cut keys, and instead of brushing me off, he happily said it depended on the type of key and offered to take a look. Within minutes, he'd cut the key there and then, and it worked perfectly. No hassle, no inconvenience, and no sign that I'd interrupted his work. Just friendly, professional service from a genuinely nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone. Excellent service and a great experience from start to finish. 5 stars!
