Called Josh about 1am after we'd accidentally left a key on the inside of our door lock, meaning we couldn't get the key on the outside in to unlock. Josh provided excellent service for us this evening My daughter - who is a nurse and working a 12 hour shift today - was informed by her builder who had tried to gain access to carry out a repair, that he was unable to get into the house as something had broken in the lock.
