Amazing prompt service! Attended within 12 hours as I said it wasn't an emergency. Went above and beyond with what I tasked him to do! A credit to the industry! Will certainly use again without hesitation if the need ever arises! (Hope that it doesn't!) And will certainly recommend to all I know! Not all heroes wear a cape!

Lost my car key yesterday , found Leon on Google , tried my chance - he said he would be ready to come in an hour , even thought it was getting late . what a godsend !!! Much cheaper than anyone else quoted , at least for my car , the guy is brilliant, did a job within 20 minutes from cutting to instalment. Excellent service from first contact to Leon handing me the new key. -Called and explained my issue -Passed on my location and vehicle details -Less than one hour he arrived -He was straight into work mode -Got all the key cutting details needed -Cut a new key -Checked the key worked on the three locks -Programmed the key -Checked everything worked Job done, highly recommended. Excellent locksmiths!!! My dad accidentally locked his keys in the car with our dog inside the boot. The locksmith arrived in 15 minutes and was incredibly quick and professional and decent priced too—highly recommend them!

When my car ignition died, I rang Leon who arrived quickly and worked into the evening to get it sorted. Unfortunately it needed a part he didn't have, but he got it and arrived back the next day to finish the job. As we had an important drive the next day, we couldnt be happier with his communication, hard work & price. Thank you Leon!

NORTHWEST. 11 out of 10 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌🙌👏👏👏👏 Every now and again whether it's a beyond outstanding food place or a music venue or I've used a service that has gone all out to basically get me right oit the shit then I'll make sure to take the time to let other people know how amazing the business is. I just recently lost my ONLY car key and wasn't really holding out much hope. They got back to me within 5 minutes of me giving my details etc online and leaving a voicemail. Within the hour they were on my front cracking on with making a brand new key from scratch. Leon really went out of his way and wouldn't give up despite the fact the lock was well worn and showing damage from an attempted break in with a screwdriver from who knows when.. Most people myself included would have either give up or not attempted it from the off because it was being A MAJOR pain in the arse. He refused to give up and after just over an hour I had a new key all coded to the car. ..he even jump charged me battery for me.. IF YOU EVER NEED A LOCKSMITH FOR WHATEVER REASON and you live in the North West UK then I cannot stress to you enough THIS COMPANY IS WHO YOU NEED TO CALL!!!! I'd rung round quite a few before i found their numbe to be honest a few of which didn't even bother to get back to me and the ones that did were quoting ridiculous bucks because of my situation and the others I spoke to would have had me waiting upto a week. LEON...YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE STAR...I had visions of drilling locks out and buying all new locks and major hassle and i cant thank you enough for not givin up..VERY MUCHAPPRECIATED!!!!! Sincerely Darren
