Door mechanism on UPVC door broke when leaving the house at 7pm, 3 degrees outside, two of the referral locksmith services (come up first on Google) had told me nobody was available in my area, so I was staring down the barrel of nowhere to sleep and losing a days pay. Did some more searching, Chris from Mr Speedy rolled up within about 45 minutes, got me into the house and replaced the mechanism. Logically these guys can't possibly carry every type of lock/mechanism around with them, it's just impossible, you'd need a Luton van, so this might have been a used item or slightly wrong for my door, but it started "playing up" a week later and no excuses, no delay, same day, he came back out and replaced it again. Really good service!
Excellent service from me calling Mr speedy to getting in my house was only about 30min fantastic guy very friendly and polite would highly recommend and if ever in need of a locksmith again I’ll will be using Mr speedy.
