Big thanks to Liz and Lee for helping sort my lock after a really stressful situation Liz was great at getting everything sorted and making sure someone came out quickly Lee arrived with all the right tools and changed the lock straight away which was such a relief. Both were really helpful and supportive and got everything sorted quickly would definitely recommend!!

I am leaving this review based on my experience with L&E Locksmith during my tenancy as the contractor instructed to complete repairs on my window. L&E Locksmith attended my apartment to carry out a repair to a window. The locksmith who attended was polite, professional, and courteous during the visit. However, following the work carried out, the window did not function correctly and remained defective. After this visit, I spent the entire winter with an unresolved window issue, which significantly affected my living conditions. During this period, the managing agent repeatedly referred to the ongoing problem as a “locksmith issue”, including a property management team leader describing it in those terms. From my perspective as the tenant, this strongly suggested that the work carried out by the locksmith had caused or contributed to the fault that followed. Despite repeated reports and follow-up, the issue was never properly resolved while I remained in the property. I was later made aware that the window required a substantial repair, indicating that the original repair had not addressed the underlying problem. The local council did inspect my property and served a 'hazard awareness notice', which identified an issue with the window, to which my letting agency, landlord and L&E decided meant that no issue was reportedly found. This makes no sense since the council would not provide a hazard awareness notice if there was no issue. While the individual locksmith was professional in manner, the outcome of the work left me with a long-term issue that was never rectified. Based on my experience, I would be cautious about relying on this service for similar repairs.

Pleasure dealing with Liz. As a letting agency we need quick responses in diagnosing and actioning works all of which Locksmith L&E provide on a regular basis.
