Truly amazing, the team deserves 10 out of 5 for their service and commitment. What started as a simple key replacement ended up being a very long and complicated issue. Skoda sent the keys after which one of the door modules failed, then they sent the wrong module part which caused more issues in the car. But Chris and team did not abandon the job they stayed with, spent a lot of days working on the car, speaking to other specialist. Finally took to car to a electrician and got everything back to standard. I really don't have words to express their dedication to customers. Truly went above and beyond to ensure a complete job. Thank you
Absolutely first class service from initial contact through to new keys in my hand. Chris was great, totally professional and knew exactly what he was doing and did it very efficiently. Price was good and much cheaper than a dealer’s price. 100% recommendation without hesitation. Even left a spare battery!
Absolutely fantastic service. From my initial query on WhatsApp with Louisa to the fitting with Scott - perfect. They came the next day, very friendly and really quick and efficient on site. Couldn't recommend them more.
An excellent service from Scott and the team at Astons - five stars! On the day of the appointment Scott called to let me know when he’d be coming, then kept me informed on his arrival time. Really friendly and helpful, and he was careful to check the key was working and I was happy with everything before he left. A first class service.
Desperately needed to gain access to my car and Chris came round very quickly to sort it out. It ended up being a tricky job but he managed to get it done in a couple hours! Reasonable price and incredibly friendly service.
Phenomenal. Very knowledgeable without being condescending. Very proactive and recognised that I needed a problem resolving ASAP as it was a customer car. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. 5 star service Arranged a date when convenient for me. Initially sorted everything out over WhatsApp then I was called to check everything was as I thought, so I was clear with what would happen. Called ahead on the day as promised. Key supplied and programmed. All sorted within half an hour. Scott was a top guy. Really pleasant to talk to. Fir car and van keys, this is the company. If you need a classic car key, Scott is your guy. Paid by card.
