LockFit Liverpool Locksmiths

So very grateful for Ste and LockFit! We had already had a bad experience that evening with another rather aggressive locksmith after doing some phoning around, and this afternoon having been forewarned by a friend that there are some dodgy outfits out there screwing people over. Not Ste. I called and he was busy with another client, but he text me straightaway and asked to explain our situation briefly - we had locked ourselves out of our apartment! He quoted the price upfront, which we agreed, and said he would be there in 30 minutes, and he arrived in 20 - making it 23:10 at night! After trying a few different methods, he eventually had to drill what turned out to be a ‘very poor’ lock and we were safely in the house by midnight and very very grateful. Ste’s a lovely guy, local to Merseyside , friendly (even when it’s touching midnight!), knowledgeable and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
