Brilliant service, called about getting french doors secured after a break in at my disabled mother's home. Got a quick response when I enquired, completed the booking form, provided pictures. The job was assigned to Craig, who arrived within 30 minutes. He sorted out the locks and handles - he explained everything regarding the repairs, even cleaned the doors removing the forsenic power. Very professional.

Totally recommend this company Steve turned up early and he was very welcoming warm and reassuring he could do the job he was here approx 40mins he was very quick after the lock was fitted he took the time to explain what he had done & why.

Great service from beginning to end. I messaged via their website contact number. Arranged for someone to come out and measure up, and he arrived, measured and quoted. I accepted, the order was placed. I was kept up-to-date. Again, 2 guys arrived on the agreed data and time, installed a new large kitchen double glazed window which had been proven a week earlier and they were done. I paid there and then, paid invoice arrived a few seconds later and they left. No messing about, straight forward service, and at all time polite. I will definitely use them again for I need one of their varied services.
