Autokey Care Vehicle Locksmith & Mobile Out Of Hours

Autokey Care has been helping drivers across Birmingham and Warwickshire for over 11 years. The company has repaired over 27,000 keys. Its specialist technicians have over 15 years of combined experience. Autokey Care offers a fully mobile service covering Erdington, Lozells, Stechford, Smithswood, and surrounding areas. It provides car key replacement, car key programming, duplicate car keys, car key and key fob repair, broken key extraction, and emergency auto locksmith services.

Vehicle lock and key work, from emergency call-outs to replacement remote keys, is the focus of this operation, and the accounts describe a service that motorists contact when keys go missing, are shut inside a car or when central locking stops working. Speed of response stands out as the theme that recurs most, with drivers reporting that a technician reached them inside the hour or early the next morning, sometimes arriving before they had gathered themselves.

Expertise on awkward jobs is a point that comes up often, including a Lexus whose owner had been told a main dealer needed a fortnight, yet working keys were cut and the missing ones deleted from the vehicle's system within a few hours. Clint and Keiran are singled out by name for persistence and for talking customers through the fault, one of them tracing and repairing a stubborn central locking problem very quickly. Clear, fair quotes are described again and again, along with a deposit returned without fuss when a key turned up before the technician had left. Staff are called friendly and respectful, and owners speak of saving the number for friends and family.
