Had a problem with upvc doors not shutting and locking due to heat and poor installation. Stephen was excellent. Called up, he was able to pop over within a couple hours of the call, assessed it quickly and talked us through the diagnostics. Fixed the problem immediately and gave advice around maintenance. 100% our go to locksmith and doors person now for any future issues - thanks so much!
Steve was great! He was able to fit us in quickly, explained what he was doing and why and fitted us with a replacement cartridge and everything now works perfectly. Very reasonable price too. Thanks so much!

Great service, reliable, professional and quick responses. We used them years ago for a broken mortise lock on the front door and they really saved the day. Recently had some issues with an internal door that wouldn't open. Naturally gave them a call and they were so helpful and offered advice on how I could fix it myself without needing to come round and essentially do the same thing I really appreciated this gesture as a lot of people would have just taken the money rather than helped out in this way. Highly recommend, and they'll always be my first call for any future issues!
Steve came to sort our lock so quickly and he immediately knew exactly what needed doing to rectify it. He is a friendly, polite and professional guy with over 30 years of experience in his trade. A great local locksmith service!! 5/5 Service would very highly recommend. I moved into a new home and needed to change locks and managed to get a booking on the same day! Stephen was super knowledgeable, gave great practical advice and delivered great customer service! He even noticed my door was off slightly and fixed the door hinge without charge!
