Fantastic service! Came to sort out the problem extremely quickly and talked me through the cause of the problem. Very reasonable price and great professional service. I would highly recommend!
My brother who is disabled had locked himself out of his flat. Many of the locksmiths we phoned from Edinburgh in Birmingham were not working on a Friday evening, despite having a 24/7 statement on their websites. This company was an exception. They answered the text messages sent over WhatsApp, phoned to clarify the situation, and promptly made themselves available. The locksmith Usman was very gracious and courteous in his interactions with my disabled brother and very considerate in his approach. Highly recommended if you have an elderly or otherwise impaired relative who needs help.
Lost my keys to bedroom and required door to opened and locks replacing. Before contacting, I tried various other companies and people, who all charged well above what the job is worth. But Birmingham Secure Locksmith charged a VERY VERY VERY reasonable price. Clearly knew what he was doing and did a very efficient and clean job. Incredibly professional. Hassle free. And would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone. This is now my go to locksmith. Thank you again
Used several times - including keys left in the boot car autoclocked outside work. House keys lost and spare key inside. Then ofcourse the best one left my car keys in the car whilst outside the house with all keys in the car. Each time came out immediately dealt with the problem swiftly with no damage or no hefty prices. Best of the best. No rip off prices. Reliable and affordable and fast. UNBEATABLE!! Best in the uk 100%
I don’t usually leave reviews but i wanted to say i was really happy with the service. He turned up on time, was friendly and professional, and got everything sorted quickly without any hassle. The price was very reasonable too, especially for how good the work was. It’s nice to find someone reliable who doesn’t overcharge. Overall id definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith and will be using his service again if ever needed!
