Birmingham customers consistently describe Auto Keys as a dependable choice for vehicle key problems, with the recurring theme being the speed and professionalism of the work. Several reviewers mention that replacement keys for cars such as a Ford Ranger, Mini Cooper, Audi RS4 and a van were cut, coded and tested on the spot, and that the technician would not leave until he was satisfied both keys worked.

Punctuality and communication come up often: customers note being kept updated, arriving on time, and one describing a late-night call-out from Birmingham to Manchester for a lost Audi key. Ifti is named in one account for explaining what was needed, why earlier locksmiths had struggled, and putting the owner at ease. Reviewers repeatedly praise the clear, reasonable quotes compared with other providers, the friendly and efficient manner, and the tidy handling of the job, with no mess left behind.

The expertise covers keyless entry faults, snapped keys, lost keys and spare key coding, including older models that other vehicle locksmiths could not programme. Customers highlight the robust quality of the finished keys and the reassurance of being mobile again quickly. The word genuine appears, alongside descriptions of a helpful and reputable service that resolves stressful situations without fuss.
