What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
In Birmingham, Birmingham Locksmiths covers emergency lockouts and general locksmith work. One account describes an assessment made without delay, a clear price given before any work began, and a lock opened with no damage; a question about fitting a higher-security cylinder was answered with a knowledgeable outline of the options and no pressure to buy.
The other describes Adam attending within half an hour of a call after keys were lost, gaining entry to the house, and quotes the cost as very competitive. Both note the absence of hidden charges and of any attempt to sell unnecessary extras, and both describe the work as honest and competent.

Absolutely amazing service from Adam at Birmingham Locksmiths. I was locked outside my house, had lost my keys and Adam came within 30 minutes of calling and got me in my house. Unbeatable prices would definitely use again and 100% recommend. Thanks again for all your help.
The locksmith assessed the situation quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a clear price upfront before touching anything. No hidden charges, no upselling — just honest, competent work. The lock was opened without damage, and because I asked about upgrading to a higher-security cylinder, I got a knowledgeable rundown of my options with no pressure whatsoever. What sets Birmingham Locksmiths apart from the competition is the breadth of what they cover. Whether you need emergency lockout assistance, a full lock replacement, a home security audit, or help with a broken UPVC door mechanism, they handle it all under one roof. Their coverage spans the full Birmingham area — city centre, Edgbaston, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, and beyond — making them a practical choice for homeowners and businesses alike.
