andy is a sick guy. despite it taking 3-4x as long as expected he still stuck it out and got it done for a cheap price even though he had other important places to be. even picked me up from my house to drive 8 miles to the car, literally can’t ask for any more than that.

We recently had our front door and patio door locks changed by Vlad, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the moment he arrived, Vlad was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the whole process clearly. He made sure I was involved throughout and even encouraged me to test everything myself to make sure I was completely happy before he finished. His attention to detail was outstanding. It was obvious he takes real pride in his work and wouldn't leave until everything was absolutely perfect. As well as changing the locks, he noticed that several of our doors were slightly misaligned and difficult to open and close. He adjusted them all, and the difference is incredible – they genuinely feel like brand-new doors now. What really stood out was how helpful he was. He gave us advice on how to look after the locks and doors going forward and even took the time to help with one of our internal door handles, adjusting the screws and offering advice despite that not being part of the job. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all exceptional. Vlad clearly cares about doing the job properly and making sure his customers are completely satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled locksmith. Excellent service from start to finish.
