Radu is a top bloke, very reasonable price, did a great job and trustworthy. Fixed my patio UPVC multi-lock system with minimal fuss, explained everything as he was fixing it and gave loads of great advice about lock security. He even fixed another problem I had with my front door for nothing. As I say….top bloke! Pity I can only give him 5 stars.

Very good service, really polite - left keys in the boot and Radu was able to get in within 20 mins. I was in the wf13 area. From ringing Radu to getting access to the car it was 50 mins!!!

I recently had the pleasure of using Radu’s locksmith services, and I honestly could not recommend him highly enough. He came out with less than one hour’s notice, which was incredibly impressive. Radu quickly identified the problem, ordered the required parts, and returned the following day to complete the repair. Everything was done to a very high standard and for a fair price. To be honest, Radu made my day. It is refreshing to see that there are still independent contractors out there who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Radu to anyone who has issues with locks, doors, or windows.

Really great experience with Radu. He was quick to come out to fix our uPVC front door that wasn’t locking and was a security risk. He was honest with what needed doing and talked me through everything. He changed the lock, as well as the multipoint lock that had broken. The price was very reasonable! Great bloke, would recommend!
