Super-quick reponse to callout request. Problem explained and fixed ... advice and info re door and handle going forwards was welcome as I asked the questions. No pressure sales.
Ben was brilliant we had reported the issue with our outside door to where our bins are kept on Tuesday and he managed to squeeze us an appointment on the Thursday, he was very polite quick and efficient at what he was doing without him we wouldn’t of had the use of our bins so thank you!
Glad I found 1st Defence Locksmiths Ltd. Ben was brilliant from the moment I made contact with him for this job. I needed replacing locks on my doors which are of different types. Ben provided the quote and It was competitive and included everything. It was a complicated job but Ben kept me informed on each and every step. He did a wonderful job and left the place clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Highly recommend! Ben was really helpful for installing a new lock on front door, additionally explaining the slightly misaligned strike plate and shifting it at no extra cost. Friendly and efficient
Absolutely loved Ben! Arrived bang on time to check the lock, handle and sliding frame on my UPVC Patio door. He explained everything very clearly, showed me where the problems were and gave me choices on what to fix and what will last a bit longer. I cannot tell you how happy I was to find him after I had contacted 2 other companies, who turned out to be a scam! Price was clearly explained too, no hidden surprises, and not too expensive. I will always use and recommend 1st Defence.
I spoke with Ben late afternoon who arranged mark to attend my property the next day. Mark was on time, very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue in short time ensuring any mess was cleaned up. Good customer experience
Brilliant service from start to finish. My tenant had lost the key to the balcony door, and I called expecting a long wait, but he turned up almost straight away. Really professional, sorted it quickly and kept everything hassle free. Couldn't be happier with the job. Highly recommended!
