Very disappointed with Manchester Auto Locksmith 24/7. I went there for car key copying and the whole experience was frustrating. The copied key did not work properly and I had to keep trying it several times before it finally unlocked the car. I expected a quick and reliable service but instead it felt rushed and poorly done. Would not recommend if you need a spare car key made.

I called them and explained the issue to them, and in 30 mins, they got to my location. And they carried out an excellent job helping to retrieve my key from the locked trunk without a dent on my car. I was glad to find them online, and the charge was very friendly. I recommend them.

We needed new keys for an elderly Kia, which the main agent no longer supports. Carl came to our door and spent quite a long time getting everything perfect, even though the car seemed to be fighting against him. Absolutely outstanding and professional service from Carl. The replacement key turned out to be more complicated than expected due to unforeseen issues, but he went above and beyond—travelling back and forth over two days and nights, in all weather conditions, to ensure we received the replacement fob as quickly as possible. Pleasant at first sight. His van looked professional enough but that was just what it is. He left without fixing the problem - getting a smart key for my MG ZS. He was so unprofessional that he didn’t pick my calls after agreeing to come back the next day. I had to use my brother’s phone to call him and then he told me he is unable to programme an MG car key. He could have said this without stressing me and placing everything else on hold. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable.
